The study of
Art & Technology (Art) provides students with knowledge, skills and
competencies within the interdisciplinary field of art and technology.
During the
three years of study, the student is exposed to relevant theories and practices
of the intermediary aspects of artistic creativity, technological knowledge,
and art theory. In the course of the study, various modules and courses focus
on specific areas within Art and Technology such as spatial, additive, physical
and narrative art and design practices, as well as the contexts, history, and
theories of Art and Technology.
The students
attain theoretical knowledge and practical competencies that enable them to
partake in the production of interactive installations and urban events, the
capacity to apply and develop performance technologies, and design art-based
research projects in cross-disciplinary teams.
